The defeat to Aston Villa on Sunday is one which, as I wrote yesterday, demands serious consideration from Mikel Arteta and his coaching staff. There is, at a time like this, a tendency to think we need to rip it up and start again, but that's not necessarily true. We have to do something about our attacking inefficiency, no doubt about it.
