Arsenal outcast William Saliba will reportedly only stay at the Gunners in January if Mikel Arteta is relieved of his duties. The former Saint-Etienne man is yet to make his competitive debut for the club since arriving in the summer, with Saliba being restricted to appearances for the youth teams this season.
