James Olayinka scored for Southend in their 1-1 draw against Mansfield in League Two this weekend. Olayinka picked the ball up on the right touchline, played a quick one-two to beat his man and then fired the ball into the top-left corner from 25 yards.   Our 20-year-old midfielder was replaced in the 58th minute after picking up a knock before Mansfield levelled the scores late on through Nathaniel Jordan Bowery.   Daniel Ballard was also in action this weekend.
