The Arsenal Women FC WSL Academy aims at supporting talented female footballers within an elite player pathway to make the step from U16s RTC/Academy football into our Arsenal Women's 1st team. The WSL Academy ensures that all players are able to develop their football as well as continuing with their education to ensure that players have a dual career pathway.
