Arsenal fans react to Mikel Arteta's Reiss Nelson squad decision
Arsenal fans were left dumbfounded after Mikel Arteta allowed Reiss Nelson to play for the under-23 side on Saturday instead of play for the senior team on Sunday. Nelson has found first-team chances few and far between so far this season. The youngster signed a long-term contract back in 2018 to keep him at the Emirates until 2023, but is still yet to nail down a spot in the first-team. This season, he's made four Europa League appearances and just two in the Premier League - neither of them starts.
