No Premier League club has spent more on agent fees over the past 12 months than Chelsea. The Blues appeared least affected by the financial impact that the Covid-19 pandemic has had on football globally. Under the guidance of former boss Frank Lampard, the west Londoners went on a huge shopping spree last summer before the Chelsea legend was sacked and replaced by Thomas Tuchel earlier this year.
