UEFA has slammed the clubs preparing to break away and form a European Super League. On the eve of UEFA’s announcement on a new format for the Champions League, The Times have revealed that Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham have all agreed to a new project. Barcelona, Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Inter Milan, AC Milan and Juventus are also believed to be involved in the plans.
