Arsenal Europa League failure hasn’t dampened Daniel Ek’s takeover enthusiasm

Daniel Ek is reportedly still interested in taking over Arsenal, despite the Gunners falling short in the Europa League to Villarreal on Thursday evening. News broke last month - following the announcement of the European Super League - that Spotify's co-founder, Ek, alongside a consortium, was interested in taking over the North London side. Arsenal were dumped out of the Europa League by former boss Unai Emery, and they could be left without guaranteed European football next season, for the first time in 25 years.
