Rankings for Premier League minutes of homegrown players show Man Utd are loyal

Brighton and Manchester United have handed out the most minutes to homegrown players in the Premier League this season - with Fulham and Wolves awarding the least. Research from the CIES Football Observatory shows the Seagulls and United are the only two English top-flight clubs that have given more than 25 per cent of their domestic minutes to club-trained stars - those who have spent more than three years between the ages of 15 and 21 with the club. Graham Potter has used a total of six homegrown players in the 2020/21 campaign, giving them 30 per cent of their Premier League minutes so far.
