Euro 2020: Tierney features in Scotland defeat

Kieran Tierney played the entire match but could not prevent Scotland falling to defeat against Croatia and exiting Euro 2020 in the process. The Tartan Army needed a victory in front of their own fans to progress to the last-16, but fell behind in the 17th minute when Nikola Vlacic fired in. New life was breathed back into the game when Callum McGregor struck with a fine drive just before the interval to the delight of the home fans. The game was on a knife-edge, but Croatia took the lead again when Luka Modric took a first-time shot on and found the far corner.
