Man United, Arsenal 'interested in Rangers captain James Tavernier'

Manchester United and Arsenal are both reportedly considering making offers for Rangers captain James Tavernier during this summer's transfer window. The 29-year-old joined the Gers from Wigan Athletic in 2015 and has made 289 appearances for the Scottish giants in all competitions, contributing 65 goals and 90 assists in the process. Man United are thought to be keen to sign a new right-back this summer as competition for Aaron Wan-Bissaka, while Arsenal could need to replace Hector Bellerin, who continues to be linked with a move away.
