Arsenal's next two signings identified, medical passed, Spurs battle for Aouar

Nuno Tavares is the first summer signing through the door at Arsenal - and they have no intention of stopping there. Mikel Arteta fully intends to bring more new faces to the Emirates Stadium to join the 21-year-old left-back. A centre-half is wanted, as well as midfielders, with Arsenal looking to bounce back from their failure to qualify for European football. Current Gunners players are still expected to move on as an overhaul of the squad continues.
