Arsenal have all but confirmed a deal to sign Takehiro Tomiyasu from Serie A side Bologna. The 22-year-old will pen a four-year deal in north London with the Gunners paying an initial 20 million transfer fee. Mikel Arteta's side currently lie bottom of the Premier League table, having conceded nine goals in the opening three matches.
