Former Arsenal flop Ismael Bennacer has a £42million release clause in his current contract at AC Milan with European giants PSG and Manchester City weighing up their interest in the midfielder. The 22-year-old spent two seasons with the Gunners but made only one senior appearance in the League Cup.
