What happened Our under-18s beat Reading 1-0 as Khayon Edwards was the matchwinner on Saturday. Dan Micciche's side responded in the best way possible after back-to-back defeats to claim all three points away from home. Our under-18's had the better of the opening exchanges, with James Sweet's marauding runs down the right-hand side causing chaos for the Reading defence. The game's first notable chance fell to Edwards, who almost rounded off a superb team move, only for his strike to hit the post and be cleared from danger.
