Arsenal saw their Champions League hopes crushed after a damaging 2-0 defeat to Newcastle at St. James' Park saw the Gunners hand bitter rivals Tottenham the advantage in the race for a top-four Premier League finish. The loss means the Mikel Arteta's men are now two points adrift of their North London foes heading into the final game of the season on Sunday and have been left hoping already-relegated Norwich can do them a favour against Spurs.
