Arsenal blow as midfield ace may require surgery
Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere may be set for further injury heartache with reports suggesting that he could require surgery to cure his recent fibula injury, the Mirror report. Wilshere suffered a hairline fracture to his fibula last month and it was expected that he would be fit following the international break, but Wenger revealed this week that he'd had a setback. After being pressed on the issue, the boss wasn't able to go into detail and the Mirror reports that Wilshere is set to see a specialist in order to determine whether he needs to go under the knife wants again.
