Liverpool Legend Blast Oxlade-Chamberlain Over Arsenal Attitude
It has been revealed that Liverpool legend Graeme Souness has questioned the desire of Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. The England international star has been a fringe player this season with Arsene Wenger preferring Alexis Sanchez, Mesut Ozil, Theo Walcott and Joel Campbell in attacking midfield. Souness said: 'Does Oxlade Chamberlain take it seriously enough? He seems to be a bit of a joker. 'It's stand up and be counted time. He's 22, he should not be accepting, with the quality he has, of sitting on the bench and being a bit-part player. 'You've got to be banging down the manager's door and saying, ‘I'm ready for this.'
