Mediawatch’s interest was certainly piqued by The Sun’s ‘world exclusive’ on the meeting between the ‘big five’ English clubs. It was the words ‘secret’ and ‘clandestine’ that grated most, given that The Sun's photos showed the five club honchos coming out of the front door of the Dorchester Hotel in central London. It’s hardly an underground lair only accessed through a trapdoor in a semi-detached house in Bury; the Dorchester is less than a mile away from Premier League headquarters.
