Xhaka reveals Arsenal move first started last summer

Arsene Wenger has clearly been chasing the Swiss international for quite some time, personally contacting him a year ago. He's had to wait quite a while to get the deal over the line though, with Xhaka only ready to make the move now. 'He [Wenger] is a legend for me. Today, he is allowed to train me.
