Jose Mourinho: 'Wayne Rooney ready to play against Arsenal'
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has insisted that Wayne Rooney is "ready" to play against Arsenal when the two sides meet at Old Trafford on Saturday. Rooney was forced to apologise recently after pictures surfaced of him celebrating at a wedding in the wake of England's 3-0 victory over Scotland last Friday. The FA have since opened an investigation into the incident and could reportedly even strip the 31-year-old of the captaincy, but Mourinho distanced himself from the controversy.
