Arsenal Confirm Star To Undergo Surgery
Arsenal have confirmed that Santi Cazorla is set to undergo surgery to correct an ankle problem and is expected to be out of action for the next three months. The Spaniard has been sidelined since picking up the problem in the Champions League clash with Ludogorets and has been badly missed by the Gunners. Speaking after Wednesday’s defeat to Southampton in the EFL Cup Wenger admitted he still did not know when Cazorla could feature and admitted there was no improvement in the problem. The club have now confirmed that Cazorla will go under the knife imminently in a bid to correct the problem.
