Arsenal defender Carl Jenkinson's move to Crystal Palace has fallen through after he failed to agree personal terms, sources close to both clubs have told N FC. Jenkinson, 24, is keen on a move this month as he wants regular first-team football, but the deal has fallen through despite Arsenal and Palace agreeing a fee.
