Arsenal are keen to sign Southampton defender Virgil van Dijk this summer with Arsene Wenger keen to move to a permanent back three, according to The Mirror. Wenger made a huge surprise on Monday night, switching to a new 3-4-3 formation for the trip to Middlesbrough with the Gunners emerging with all three points after a 2-1 win. The report claims that the Frenchman is now keen to continue with his new formation and wants to sign the Dutch centre-half this summer to strengthen his defence.
