Nacho Monreal: I am happy to stay at Arsenal for remainder of my contract

David Seaman criticised the negative atmosphere surrounding the Emirates this season and called for fans to back the team. Arsenal left-back Nacho Monreal has said he wants to stay at Arsenal for the remainder of his contract despite the imminent arrival of Sead Kolasinac. Monreal, a regular starter at left-back last season, also excelled at wing-back after manager Arsene Wenger made a formation change. The 31-year-old will face more competition next season, with the Gunners set to sign Kolasinac on a free transfer from German club Schalke.
