Arsenal edge nearer to Alexandre Lacazette deal?

Arsenal have reportedly increased their offer for Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette. Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is a long-time admirer of the French international, who scored 37 goals in all competitions during the last campaign. Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has indicated that he does not expect the 26-year-old to leave the Ligue 1 club this summer, with the forward instead preferring a transfer to Atletico Madrid, which could potentially be completed in January.
