Arsenal make second Thomas Lemar bid worth £40m: Arsene Wenger not giving up
The 21-year-old is a key target for Arsene Wenger this summer. And the Gunners have already seen a £31million offer rejected by the Ligue 1 side. Arsenal have since acquired striker Alexandre Lacazette from Lyon for a club-record £52m. It now appears Arsene Wenger wants to strengthen further in attack with Riyad Mahrez and Lemar on his radar.
