GETTY Thomas Lemar is set to join Arsenal this summer The Monaco winger has been heavily linked with a move to the Gunners in recent weeks. Reports have suggested Arsenal are set to make their third bid for the France international and pay £45m for for the 21-year-old. The Gunners have already had bids of £35m and £40m snubbed by Monaco.
