Arsenal 'to recoup more than £50m in player sales this week'

Arsenal could reportedly make more than £50m from selling relatively peripheral squad players in the coming days, with Calum Chambers the latest to be linked with a move away. The out-of-favour defender is one of a number of players to have been left behind by boss Arsene Wenger for the ongoing tour of Australia and the Far East. According to The Telegraph, Chambers is wanted by Palace in a £16m deal, while third-choice keeper Wojciech Szczesny is in Turin finalising a £10m switch to Juventus.
