Chelsea head coach Antonio Conte has reportedly decided to launch offers for both Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Ross Barkley. The Italian has already spent over £100m in the transfer market this summer, but he remains in the hunt for players who can play at wing-back and in central midfield. Competition is required for both Marcos Alonso and Victor Moses, while Nemanja Matic is likely to leave Stamford Bridge before the end of August.
