Chelsea will reportedly go as high as £35m in their efforts to bring Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain to Stamford Bridge this summer. The 23-year-old is into the last 12 months of his current deal with the Gunners and is thought to be available for transfer this month should the right offer come in. Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is also open to the idea of Oxlade-Chamberlain signing a new contract and is said to have knocked back an initial £25m approach from the Premier League champions for his services.
