Julian Draxler: Liverpool and Arsenal made favourites to sign PSG star ahead of Barcelona
Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly told Draxler he is surplus to requirements following their world-record £198million deal for Neymar. And news of his expected departure has put the likes of Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea on red alert. Draxler only signed for PSG from Wolfsburg back in January and made an instant impact, scoring 10 goals from 25 games.
