Liverpool and Arsenal have reportedly been dealt a blow in their pursuit of Monaco star Thomas Lemar. Both Premier League clubs have been heavily linked with swoops for the France international. The Reds have a spot to fill following the departure of Philippe Coutinho, while Arsenal were dealt a blow when Alexis Sanchez joined Manchester United.
