Liverpool, Arsenal target Thomas Lemar wants to join Barcelona from Monaco?

Liverpool and Arsenal have reportedly been dealt a blow in their pursuit of Monaco star Thomas Lemar. Both Premier League clubs have been heavily linked with swoops for the France international. The Reds have a spot to fill following the departure of Philippe Coutinho, while Arsenal were dealt a blow when Alexis Sanchez joined Manchester United. However, the Gunners managed to get a player in the deal as Henrikh Mkhitaryan has swapped places with the Chilean.
