Arsenal star in talks to complete move to Serie A side AS Roma

Emirates Stadium first-team regular linked with move to Italian capital. Arsenal keeper Wojciech Szczesny is in talks to sign for Serie A side AS Roma on an initial loan deal according to talkSPORT. The 25-year-old started 2014/15 as Arsene Wenger's first choice goalkeeper but a run of uncertain form, culminating in a error strewn display against Southampton on New Year's Day, led to Colombian David Ospin taking over between the sticks. Arsenal have since completed the signing of Chelsea custodian Petr Cech and this will leave three international keepers fighting for a starting spot at the Emirates Stadium.
