Arsenal star agrees deal to join Serie A giants but Gunners career far from over

Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny has agreed to join AS Roma on loan ahead of next season but still has a future with us when he returns, The Telegraph reports. Szczesny is set to gain some playing time in Serie A which may have been limited had he stayed with us following the arrival of Petr Cech last month. According to the report, Roma wanted to sign Szczesny on a permanent deal, but that was refused by both club and player with the Polish international adamant that he can displace Cech in the future.
