31-goal striker had no intention to join Arsenal or Man United

Paris Saint-Germain star Edinson Cavani has revealed that he had no intention to leave the club amid interest from Arsenal and Manchester United, according to reports from talkSPORT. Cavani was heavily linked with a move to the Premier League during the summer, with the English duo desperate to sign a striker in the transfer window. However, the Gunners chose to keep faith in Olivier Giroud and Theo Walcott while United spent £36million on Monaco youngster Anthony Martial.
