Ray Parlour: 'Arsenal must spend in January'

Former Arsenal midfielder Ray Parlour has insisted that the Gunners have to address their injury problems by bringing in new players during the January transfer window. Manager Arsene Wenger is now without seven first-team regulars after Francis Coquelin and Mikel Arteta both picked up injuries in the defeat at West Bromwich Albion on Saturday. Arsenal failed to sign an outfield player during the summer transfer window, but Parlour has said that Wenger must look to make signings in the New Year to avoid a season of disappointment.
