Report: Rob Holding to cost Arsenal £7m

Bolton Wanderers have reportedly informed Arsenal that defender Rob Holding will set them back £7m. The Gunners are believed to have made a bid in the region of £750,000 for the 20-year-old earlier this month. However, The Express has claimed that despite having just 12 months left to run on his contract at the Macron Stadium, Bolton value their academy product at almost 10 times more than the original offer. The report adds that Arsenal were prepared to up their financial proposal to £2m with add ons, but are yet to respond to the Championship club's demands. Holding is currently away with the England Under-21s in Toulon.
