Arsenal have reportedly been offered the chance to sign Barcelona midfielder Rafinha in this summer's transfer window. Rafinha, 24, found the back of the net seven times in 28 appearances for Barcelona last season, but he missed the tail end of the campaign with a knee injury, and has not travelled with his club for their pre-season tour of the United States.
