Fulham win race to sign Nice midfielder Jean-Michael Seri?

Fulham have reportedly won the race to sign midfielder Jean-Michael Seri from Nice. Over the past 12 months, Seri has been linked with a number of European football's top clubs, including several sides in the Premier League. Seri has recently been spotted in London and it led to suggestions that Chelsea or Arsenal could be the Ivorian's destination but according to Sky Sport in Italy, the two English giants have been edged out by Fulham. The Cottagers have only just secured promotion to the top flight but the report has suggested that Fulham will pay £17.7m to complete the signing of the 26-year-old. Seri has spent the last three seasons in the South of France with 12 goals being scored...
