Arsenal are reportedly willing to listen to offers for defender Shkodran Mustafi this summer. Manager Unai Emery has been told that he will have to raise most of the funds himself if he is to carry out an overhaul of his current squad, with the Spaniard being given an initial budget of just £40m during the summer window. The Gunners were also limited to just loan deals in January, and The Telegraph reports that Emery has identified Mustafi as a prime candidate to sell in order to boost the club's transfer kitty.
