Liverpool and Arsenal fixture times changed after government pub announcement

Liverpool and Arsenal have had their fixture time changed after the latest guidelines from the government. Due to a rise in coronavirus cases, pubs have been told they must close by 10 pm at the latest every night. It has been done in a bid to cut down people who are not social distancing.
