Jamie Redknapp has decided to snub Willian and Thomas Partey and pick another player after choosing Arsenal's best transfer of the summer. With the transfer market now closed and the dust settling, the Gunners have emerged brilliantly. It has by no means been perfect, with moves for Houssem Aouar and Philippe Coutinho failing.
