Former Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner lost £400,000 in 90minute casino splurge

Nicklas Bendtner has admitted to a £400,000 casino splurge during his time at the at Arsenal. The 32-year-old played for the Gunners under Arsene Wenger between 2005 and 2014, scoring 45 goals across 171 matches in a spell that was blighted by poor form. The Danish forward left the club for Wolfsburg and has since played for Nottingham Forest, Rosenborg, Copenhagen and now Tarnby, and has now opened up on his struggles off of the pitch while playing in London. Bendtner has revealed that he lost an extortionate about of money during a trip to his favourite London casino back in 2011, and that he ended up overdrawn in his account before taking out more cash.
