Premier League release TV fixtures for December as more schedule anger awaits
The Premier League have released their full list of TV fixtures for December, which is likely to anger top-flight bosses amid this season’s congested schedule. A number of managers have expressed their concerns with packed fixture lists in the 2020/21 campaign, which is a result of the season starting a month later than usual due to the coronavirus pandemic. Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has called for Premier League chiefs to scrap the lunchtime Saturday kick-off completely, while colleagues Jurgen Klopp, Pep Guardiola and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer have also hit out at the jam-packed running order.
