Report: Arsenal step up £40m pursuit for winger Thomas Lemar

Arsenal have made a second offer for AS Monaco winger Thomas Lemar after falling short with their initial £30m approach, according to a report. The Gunners are desperate to land the 21-year-old after growing frustrated in their pursuit of Leicester City ace Riyad Mahrez, who they feel has been overvalued.
