Arsenal transfer report: Mathieu Debuchy still hoping to leave Gunners before end of January window

Out-of-favour Arsenal defender Mathieu Debuchy is still hopeful of a move away from the Gunners before Wednesday's transfer deadline. The Frenchman is desperately seeking to kickstart his career away from Arsenal in the hope of securing a place in his country's World Cup squad for next summer. Debuchy has featured more regularly for the Gunners this term due to their involvement in the Europa League but the 32-year-old is still hopeful of a last-minute move.
