After failing to secure German Shkodran Mustafi and reaching an dead end in pursuit of West Bromwich Albion defender Jonny Evans, Arsenal have now moved on to pursuing Monaco’s left-back Ruben Vinagre with a view to the future. According to Record, Arsenal has now entered the race with Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City to sign Vinagre. The talented 17-year-old has been on the radar since impressing in the under-17 European Championship in Azerbaijan held earlier this year in May.
