WHAT HAPPENED  Our under-16s lost in the final of Premier League Cup on Friday night as they were beaten 5-2 by Chelsea at Meadow Park. We played with great confidence and applied some late pressure, but were ultimately punished by a clinical first-half performance from the Blues. Lewis Bate broke the deadlock for the visitors in the 16th minute, before Mazeed Ogungbo produced an almost instant reaction, climbing high inside the box to equalise with a powerful header from a corner.
